The process of manufacturing uPVC profiles is often standard and uniform, but there are certain factors that impact the quality, strength, performance and finish of the profile.

Raw materials: Quality of the raw materials can make a considerable amount of difference in the quality of the end-product, as uPVC profiles made from low-quality raw materials are more prone to cracking and flaking. High-quality profiles are more robust and long-lasting.

Thickness of a profile ensures strength, noise-reduction and heat-insulation. When it comes to the number of chambers, the more the number of chambers, the stronger the profile.
